The Client is willing to built a Hotel and Shopping & Entertaining Center Complex in Vladimir City, Russia. The land is located at the entrance to Vladimir from the side of Moscow at the cross of Lakin and Lenina streets. Land area is approximately 292.000 sq.m.

This area will be landscaped in a decent way to achieve a prestigious entrance to the City Center.

The SEC Complex has been located in the area as easily designable of vehicle traffic. And taken into consideration existing trees and city gas pipeline crossing the site from south-east to nort-west and also other underground utilities.

All the vehicle roads of the Complex will be asphalt and designed in a way that the fire department vehicles can reach to the every point of the buildings and the width of the roads are 6 to 10 meters. Enough parking area is provided.

Pedestrian ways are designed suitable to provide access for the fire fighting vehicles.

Shopping Complex are designed as three different pavilions connected to each other by main foyer and corridors.
